Mr. Cook has been a part of the Chicagoland civil engineering industry for nearly 20 years. Through this experience, he has been able to build lasting relationships and work with a variety of clientele to efficiently design and complete many successful projects in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas. Cook Engineering Group was created in 2008 from Mr. Cook’s vision of a civil engineering firm based on an unmatched level of service utilizing technology and effective communication to fully satisfy a client’s needs which create attractive, functional developments. An alumnus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Mr. Cook is licensed to practice engineering in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. In his spare time, Mr. Cook enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son’s baseball team, listening to music, visiting the Pacific Northwest, following the Chicago White Sox and playing an occasional round of golf.
After graduating with her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University in 2007, Ms. Hoffmann relocated to the Chicagoland area from downstate Illinois with her husband. She joined the CEG team in 2011 as a Certified Floodplain Manager (C.F.M.) and obtained her Professional Engineer’s license in the State of Illinois shortly thereafter. Her vast experience utilizing numerous stormwater modeling applications, assembling of engineering design plans and specifications and maintaining effective communication with clients has been an invaluable asset to Cook Engineering Group. Ms. Hoffmann enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, camping and traveling.
