Projects below completed or under construction were completed in phases in an area bounded by S. Morgan St. to the west, W. 36^th St. to the north, W. 38^th St to the south and S. Lituanica to the east.

• Lexington Square 1 – 39 multi-family units in Bridgeport (re-zoning to RT-4) COMPLETED 2010
• Lexington Square 2 – 24 multi-family units in Bridgeport (re-zoning to RT-4) COMPLETED 2012
• Lexington Square 3 – 20 multi-family units in Bridgeport (re-zoning to RT-4) COMPLETED 2016
• Lexington Square 4 – 21 multi-family units in Bridgeport (re-zoning to RT-4) PERMITTED and UNDER CONSTRUCTION
• Lexington Place 1 – 9 single family homes in Bridgeport COMPLETED 2013
• Lexington Place 2 – 19 single family homes in Bridgeport (re-zoning to RS-3) COMPLETED 2016
• Lexington Place 3 – 8 single family homes in Bridgeport PERMITTED and UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The residential projects were various in-fill developments of various sizes re-zoned from old abandoned manufacturing sites in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago.

CEG responsible for site boundary and topographic surveying, entitlement coordination with the owner for re-zoning, preparation of land planning and lot layout for various site options, preliminary and final engineering design, subdivision and utility easement preparation, public alley design, permit approvals from various City of Chicago Departments including Building, Fire, Water Management for stormwater, Water, Sewer, Maps and Plats and CDOT.  CEG obtained Existing Facility Protection (EFP) Permits from the Office of Underground Coordination (OUC).

CEG also provided site construction staking services including underground utilities, grading, public sidewalk and curb, garages, alleys, building foundations, foundation location surveys, as-built surveys used for property closing and site monumentation / property corners.
