Lexington Shore is a 20 multi-family unit residential development in the Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago (current zoning RM-5) PERMITTED and UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Project is a re-development of an abandoned multi-unit 4-story building zoned RM-5 in the Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago near E. 47th St. and S. Lake Shore Dr.
CEG responsible for site boundary and topographic surveying, coordination with owner with Building Department on Lakefront Protection Ordinance, preparation of land planning and lot layout for various site options with project architect, preliminary and final engineering design, cost estimate, subdivision, utility easement and access easement preparation, permeable paver stormwater design, permit approvals from various City of Chicago Departments including Building, Fire, Water Management for stormwater, Water, Sewer, Maps and Plats and CDOT.
CEG obtained Existing Facility Protection (EFP) Permits from the Office of Underground Coordination (OUC). CEG also will be providing site construction staking services including underground utilities, grading, public sidewalk and curb, garages, alleys, building foundations, foundation location surveys, as-built surveys used for property closing and site monumentation / property corners.
